Hours of Operation: Monday-Saturday: 9AM-9PM
All massages are booked by appointment only. All appointments are reserved with
a major credit card.
Last minute delays and cancellations are occasionally unavoidable, however, the
well-trained and professional staff must be compensated for their time.
Penalties will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the initial
If a patient fails to show for an appointment without prior notification, the
patient forfeits 100% of the massage service cost.
Cancellations/Rescheduling within 6 hours of scheduled appointment:
The patient forfeits 50% of the massage service cost.
Cancellations/Rescheduling outside of 6 hours of scheduled appointment:
All services must begin and end on time. If a patient shows up late to an
appointment, the patient forfeits any time lost due to tardiness.
Gratuities are not required, although greatly appreciated by the therapist.
Cell Phones and Beepers:
We kindly ask that our patients turn off (or switch to silent mode) any
electrical device that may interrupt any session while in the pain care clinic.
This will enforce our commitment to offering a quiet, nurturing and stress-free
healing environment for all our patients and therapists.
