	I want to share my experience about my first treatment with Tedy at IT& B. I am a 27 year old female massage therapist. I am a harsh critic. The first thing that I noticed when entering IT&B is how quiet it is. Not like a day spa where you are hearing everyone's conversations, treatments, movements. It was peaceful. As a mother of two young kids, quiet is important to me. The room is clean, there are proper places to put your things. His instructions are clear. The bed is AMAZING! It's heated and operates on a hydraulic lift so he can adjust during the treatment if need be. Tedy's integrative approach to massage is very different from your average hotel/ day spa service. This is a healing session. He does an evaluation on your muscular system while you think he is warming up. He's an incredible therapist. When my treatment was over, I felt flexible, smooth and relaxed. Every place I complained of and a few I hadn't were noticeably better. He gave me a bottled water and I was not rushed out. It was perfect. You can tell while talking to him that he genuinely loves his work. He's been doing this for 18+ years and it shows. He is efficient, effective and he has an energy that is very soothing. I would highly recommend Tedy at IT&B! Amazing experience! MJ
	I am a Registered Nurse with an extensive history of neck surgery and endless spasm and pain after a motor vehicle accident. After an exhaustive search for pain relief , I tried physical therapy, chiropractors, pain management, acupuncture, laser acupuncture, pills, injections and more, I had come to a dead end, nearing depression. After my first visit with Tedy at Integrative Touch & Bodywork I feel like I have been released to live again. My head moved in directions it hadn't seen in months. 	Tedy is a wonderful healer. He has helped correct some life long problems. One of these health issues affected my vision and was becoming very serious. Tedy initially treated my right shoulder when I injured it lifting weights at the gym. It only took one treatment to start feeling relief from the pain! At present, Tedy is treating my TMJD and the results are phenomenal. I got a 50% relief from the jaw pain that I had gotten so used and the relief was dramatic. I had had TMJ pain for over 30 years! Tedy is very informative in self-care and how important it is to treat these seemingly unimportant problems. As I discovered from my doctor, the TMJ was causing some serious issues with my eyes and the optic nerve. Tedy, correcting the TMJ situation, has relieved the issue with my eye and has saved my vision! 	My dad had been in a motorcycle accident in 2002. The trauma resulted in a Spinal Cord Injury. Because of his injuries, he has brain damage and nerve damage, and everyday he was faced with intense pain, stiffness, lack of mobility and depression. Tedy Narvaez was my advanced instructor at the time and I referred my dad to him because I knew Tedy is “always up for a challenge!” My dad was told by countless doctors and health care providers all around the state, that his pain and other symptoms were indicative of his injury and would never be reduced. Even though I was about to become an LMT, when I referred my dad and bragged about Tedy constantly, he was VERY skeptical of Massage Therapy being able to help with his injuries. After just one session at IT&B, his stiffness and soreness was diminished vastly and his pain level was much improved. After two treatments, his pain was eliminated! This was the first relief he had had in about seven years!! One thing that I forgot to mention was that my dad was driving from Vero Beach to IT&B (Casselberry). That’s over 200 miles round trip weekly! Needless to say, my dad thought it was a small sacrifice compared to the benefits he was receiving from Tedy’s therapy. As a new and enthusiastic convert, he agreed to do a series of massages which resulted in continued improvements, including an increase in strength and smoothness in movement in his shoulders. I was able to sit in on a few of the treatments and I was able to see the master at work! He thinks outside the box, connecting things that most would never be able to detect. Tedy did an amazing job with my dad, and I would recommend him for any injury or condition, no matter what doctors say! 	I had seen several specialists for my pain when I finally received the diagnosis of Plantar Fasciitis. I had been struggling with this condition for over 20 years. Then a friend recommended Tedy. When I started seeing Tedy at IT&B in April of 2007, I had severe pain in and around my right ankle and foot. I was suffering from inflammation, tenderness and soreness. When I hobbled in to IT&B for the first time, the pain was so intense, it hurt to stand, walk and even sit. Against all odds, after seeing several specialists including a neurologist, an acupuncturist and a podiatrist, Tedy was able to give me the relief that the others could not. I come in for regular maintenance every couple of months and I walk (no pun intended) away still amazed at what he is able to do. He now often adds attention to my chronically tense back, neck and shoulders to boot. This is where I have been going for a couple of years now. Tedy is an amazing massage therapist. 	"Definitely the most loving, inspiring, spiritual and healing massage I've had. Thank you! My shoulder ROM is great!!! Yesterday when I was blow-drying my hair and I had to reach around the back with my right arm holding on to the brush I had NO restrictions! Prior to the massage, I had daily restrictions in the right shoulder/scapula. I could perform that action but everything felt like one stiff/tight unit whereas now it feels very separated and fluid. I hope that makes sense. I slept like a baby! I felt so relaxed AND jubilant at the same time on my way home from the massage and Mark very patiently listened to me detail the whole massage to him (I was very excited and talking very fast as I described everything to him!) :) I have been feeling positive lately but since receiving a massage from you I feel more than positive - very sure of happiness and joy and comfort and I'm anticipating so much success in all aspects of my life." 	"I want to thank you, first of all, for scheduling me prior to me leaving for the Chicago Marathon. Squeezing me in last minute to work on my legs was greatly appreciated. I think it gave me the edge that I needed to set a Personal Record (PR) of 4:58. Although I’m not the fastest runner, it was a great (and record breaking) time for me.
